Sunday Self-Care Habit?

Are you stuck in the habit of worry? Share below. God said basically it’s a waste of time. He’s got you.

And there is study that proves you shouldn’t worry. Researchers at Cornell University studied people over an extended period of time and found that 85 percent of what they worried about never happened.

Sometimes, our worry gets in the way of us enjoying the present moment.

Really, what we need to do is grow our faith. I don’t mean just sit around and do nothing. Instead, visualize what you want to happen. Create a clear picture. Pray about it. Meditate on it. It all takes practice. Replacing your worry habit with a healthy one requires effort, repetition and time. Let’s start now with a little gratitude that you’ve made it to this moment. Remember God loves you and so do I.

Releasing the worry is a great form of self-care.
